First  of all the official notification of CUCET for this year isn't released yet, hence I'm answering your query from the perspective of last year information, amidst the undergraduate courses offered by various universities through CUCET till 2020 BCom wasn't listed in it, you can check out the same at https://university.careers360.com/articles/cucet-programmes, few months back there were reports of more universities participating through CUCET from this year onwards which you can read at https://news.careers360.com/cucet-for-admission-41-central-universities-likely-be-held-june-end-report but there is no official notification released regarding this, you can stay updated at http://www.cucetexam.in/ for more details regarding this.

CUCET is not essential for admission into the Delhi University for B.SC Microbiology course. The admission into the course is based on the merit prepared on the class 12 basis by following the best four subjects criteria.

The eligibility criteria for B.SC Microbiology states that:

• Candidates need to have 50% marks in English in class 12.
• Candidates need to have 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry.

Candidates interested in studying at Delhi University as an undergraduate will be able to apply once the DU application forms are released. The application forms will be available solely online at du.ac.in, the university's official website. Candidates must additionally upload required documentation and pay the application cost in addition to filling out the necessary information.

After calculating the best of four subjects from the qualifying examination, admission to merit-based courses is granted. After filling the online application form, DU will release the merit list in different rounds based on the best four subjects criteria and allocation of college will be done based on your score.
