Application form of NEET UG 2022 has not been released yet. It will be released by authorities on offical website. NEET UG is conducted by National testing Agency.  It is India's single largest medical entrance exam.

At now counselling of NEET UG 2021 is going on. Only  after completion of counselling of neet ug 2021 authorities will start process of neet ug 2022. So it will be very early to say that when will UG neet Registration start.

In Karnataka NEET UG counseling, there is no option to lock the choices. When you have arranged your list of colleges you want to take admission in preference-wise, there is an option of "Save and submit". After that, you can take a printout of your choices. The provision to change option entry by eligible candidates (add/alter/rearrange/delete) will be available till 10 am of 3.2.22.

No you cannot directly participate in the round 2 of Bihar NEET 2021 counselling. There is no registration for participating in the second round. Last date to submit the application form was January 22, 2022. To participate in both the rounds candidate needs to submit the application on or before the last date. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the authority that conducts the admissions for Bihar MBBS/BDS 2021. Authorities have started the registration process of Bihar NEET counselling with the release of the application form on January 16, 2022. Please click the below link for latest information.

No, you cannot register for second round to participate in Karnataka NEET UG 2021 Counselling if you haven't registered for first round. There is no such facility to register for second round. Candidate must register for the counselling for the first round. The options exercised during the first round will be considered for second round seat allotment. So a candidate candidate cannot exercise fresh options as well unless new seats are added to the second round. The schedule for second round is not yet released. KEA will release the schedule soon.
