Hello aspirant ,
Firstly congrats on clearing neet exam.
So if you first get seat through your state counselling then do not fill the Status Retention form while submission of the fees in the college which you have got through state counselling. If you fill the status retention form then it indicates that you won't be able to take part in any of the counselling process happening in future.
To participate in AIQ you have to register yourself on the MCC website. Fresh registration happens for everyone for every round . If you get a seat through AIQ and you have filled status retention form then your state quota seat will be forfeited automatically you just need to visit the college again which you have got through state counselling to get the admission fees back.
These are very simple process nothing to worry about.
You can also check which college you will be getting through the given link below it will surely help you https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

Hi
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 464 marks,
You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges
But yes,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) SBKS Med. Inst. and Res. Centre, Sumandeep Vadodara:- 446 marks
----------) Yenepoya Manglaore:-436 marks
----------) Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar:- 426 marks
----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks
----------) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks
----------) Institute of Medical Sciences and SUMH, Bhubaneswar:-360 marks
And a few more
This has been predicted on the basis of previous years data but cutoff keeps changing so to have clear picture of the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

However any official dates for the same are yet to be announced. According to the latest update, NEET 2021 counselling dates are expected anytime soon on the official website mcc.nic.in.
Admissions to 15% seats in all Government medical and dental colleges, all seats of Deemed Universities/Central Universities/Seats of Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) & AFMC including Delhi University (DU), BHU , AMU , and AIIMS & JIPMER will be through the AIQ NEET 2021 counselling process.
Through NEET counselling, around 20,089 seats will be filled under 15% All India Quota (AIQ), all deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER colleges.

Hope it helps!!
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year.
With marks you have scored in the NEET examination, it would be quite difficult for you to get MBBS seat in Maharashtra through state counseling too despite you having reservation benefits.
According to previous year data (2020), last candidate to get MBBS seat from SC Category was in Vedantaa Institute of Medical Science Vedantaa Hospital and Research Center, Palghar with 455 marks and 1,26,647 rank.
Still you can try for BDS and other courses.

• GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam- 197 Marks
•BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks
• Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospt., Puducherry:- 192 marks
