I got 552 marks in ug neet. can get kurnool medical college. I belong to Andrapradesh. reservation is Bc.e

Kuheli Sanyal 4th Oct, 2021

Hey,

Based on previous year result, with 552 marks you may get a rank between 50784-57778. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

Last year the cut off for Kurnool Medical College under Andhra Pradesh State Quota was a rank of 11981. In 2020, this corresponded to 619 marks. So, based on this it is quite difficult for you to get a seat in this college. But nothing fixed can be said until you get your final rank this year when the NEET 2021 results come out. For example, in 2019 with 552 marks the rank was between 19967-23501 while in 2020 it inflated up to 57000. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

You can get a complete list of colleges in which you may have a chance of getting MBBS/BDS seat by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

In second list of UG NEET Maharashtra state selection list in front of my name shows college name and in brackets canc./ NJ. i.e (Canc./NJ.) Can you clarify this ?

Souhrid Sarkar 1st Apr, 2021
Hello,

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Maharashtra conducts the Maharashtra MBBS counselling in an online mode at info.mahacet.org .

The Canc./NJ stands for cancelled or not joining . This may happen because of the following reasons :
A candidate who is selected in first or subsequent round of selection process but does not join the college or cancels the admission after joining, it will be presumed that such a candidate is not interested in
the admission process and for all further CAP round(s) including MOP-UP round(s) of admission. Such candidate shall not be considered for allotment of any seat during NEET UG 2020 admission process
thorugh CAP round.

I have not got seat in first round UG NEET . My ranking is 599484 and I belong to SCheduled Caste, MY category ranking is 67000. Is there chance to get MBBS Govt seat in further round / in BAMS under govt seat.

rajeevanand843 3rd Dec, 2020

Dear aspirant

At this rank you will not get government seat neither in MBBS or BAMS on your category. This year cut off ranks for MBBS for SC candidate in AIQ quota seat was AIR 69669 in neet 2020 .

last year i.e,2019 cutoff rank for BAMS for sc candidate in AIQ (15%) seat was AIR 141279.

You can only get Deemed Universities for MBBS or BAMS at this low ranking .
