But if you have filled it according to UIDAI Card, please get an affidavit stating that both the names Ramesh Kr Sahu and Ramesh Kumar Sahu belong to the same person and in fact they are the names of the same person. This is necessary because NTA has closed its correction window on May 31st and you cannot make any changes to your application form now. If you have heard of the Supreme Court's ruling in regards to Aadhar Card not being mandatory for Educational and Admission purposes, it clearly states that your Aadhar card is NOT MANDATORY to be shown as an Identity proof. You can show your Driving License or Ration Card or even Voter Id card, Even they will work. You can take any one of them and you will BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR FOR THE EXAM. actually it wont affect you because ,they look 10th markscard and verify and they wont verfiy your UIDAI  card
