Hello there!
In order to get admissions into BVSc and AH course, you need to apply for AIPVT counselling which is conducted by VCI (Veterinary Council of India) every year and the seats are alloted on the basis of your NEET score.
It would have been much better if you had mentioned your state of domicile or the state where you are willing to get your admission in.
Here, I'm providing the last year i.e NEET 2019 All India Quota cut off under unreserved category:-
Category NEET Score
UR 514

This is the first time that JIPMER is conducting admission to MBBS courses on the basis of NEET score and so it is a tad difficult to predict. But 662 is a good score for a seat in JIPMER under General Category. And to add on, JIPMER has added 49 new seats to both its campuses and so you do have fair chances in JIPMER. . Hello,
Hope you are doing well and congratulations on scoring a decent score in NEET 2020.
Coming to your question, your admission will be considered in All India Quota(AIQ) at any colleges in Delhi. According to the previous year’s cutoffs for AIQs, it seems to be difficult to get admission into a government MBBS college with your marks. The lowest cutoff was a score of 650 for the General category, in the year 2019.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do keep hope.
For State-wise NEET 2020 cutoff marks for government colleges for 15% All India Quota Seats please refer to the following link,

Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category.
Last year the cut off for medical colleges under 100% State Quota was 476 for general category. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a medical seat under state quota. However, you can get a seat in Institute of Dental Sciences, Sephora, Jammu since previous year its cut off was 351. Hi,
You should give the details of AEEE/JEE or SAT exams while applying for management seats because appearance to anyone of this exam is mandatory for admission in Btech courses. But management seats is not based on merit of entrance exam. But you should score minimum 60%in plus two science(physics, maths and chemistry) also should have 55% seperately on each subject. Once you pay fees and take admission to management seat you won't be considered for other merit seats. All the best.
