The maximum duration that you can complete this course is within 7 years. You should have completed your 12th with a minimum aggregate of 50% with Mathematics as one of the subjects

You needn't score 50% or 40% individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. If you belong to OBC, you shpuld score 40% on average in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be eligible for NEET. With your marks, you will be eligible for NEET 2020. So nothing to be worried about.

Robotics as a stand alone B.Tech degree is not offered in a lot of colleges in India, you can take up bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science degree, and do some extra courses to make a good foundation.
