There is no announcement regarding the second semester classes whether or not it will be conducted online. It depends on the Maharashtra government if it allows only then the colleges are allowed to keep offline classes if not the classes will be in the online mode only. Mumbai University

There are no official notice regarding this but there is a probability that the 1st semester exams can be conducted in the month of March,2021.
