You didn't mentioned the name of course in which you want to take admission. So please do mentioned the name of course or counselling.

However if you are takling about the NEET UG 2020 counselling. Than for deemed universities counselling is done by the medical council of India (MCI).

• Step 1 - Subtract Handicap Marks from the total marks obtained in part 3 of the qualifying examination

As far as Monad University is concerned it is pretty good The labs are well equipped, the hostles are great with really good quality food and faculty is good with highly qualified teaching faculty (they are very helpful too).
