Then there are positions in specific for the  serving in Indian Navy and in specific for civilians. This cannot be a part time job. If recruited, it will be a full time Central Government job.

NO. University student of Maharashtra are not available for direct admission or eligibility for Maharashtra  PG State Counselling. Admissions are made strictly on the basis of merit marks and rank. There are some more eligibility criteria for admission.
