Hi Im pursuing B.A in Psychology and I want to apply for PG admission in Pondicherry University 2024 through CUET PG but when Im trying to select the course selection , it just shows select. Is anyone else facing the same issue

Ayush Madanpotra 11th Jun, 2025

You're trying to apply for a PG course at Pondicherry University through CUET PG 2024, but when you try to select the course, it only shows “Select” and nothing else. This is likely a technical problem on the website. You’re not the only one, others are facing the same issue too.

You can try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox. Or use incognito/private mode. Clearing your browser cache or trying on a different device (like phone or laptop) might also help. Sometimes the website works better late at night or early morning when fewer people are using it.

Make sure you are eligible and have the correct subject code from the Pondicherry University admission brochure. If it still doesn’t work, you should contact Pondicherry University. Their email is admissions.pu@pondiuni.ac.in and the phone number is 0413 2654880 or 0413 2654876.

Is it compulsory to upload income certificate when we are applying for Central University of Tamil Nadu CUET PG 2024?

Ayush Madanpotra 11th Jun, 2025

No, it is not compulsory to upload an income certificate while filling the CUET PG 2024 form for Central University of Tamil Nadu.

Later, during admission at the university, they might ask for it if
you are applying under EWS or OBC-NCL category
you want to apply for a fee concession or scholarship

So, it's a good idea to keep your income certificate ready, but you don’t need to upload it during the CUET PG application.

I got 79 marks in cuet for msc atmospheric science and 86 for msc physics. Will i be able to get admission in university of hyderabad?

Aryan 11th Jun, 2025

Hi Shana,

79 marks in M.Sc Atmospheric and 86 for M.Sc physics, seems to be low and chances for admission in University of Hyderabad appears lesser. The CUET PG cut off for general category is 190 and above and for OBC it is 180.

You may try your luck in other colleges like Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad itself.

Good Luck!

Anushree Thakare 11th Jun, 2025

Hello,

To successfully gain admission to Delhi University through CUET , students need to consider both the minimum passing marks and subject-specific cutoffs for their desired programs. For B.A. (Hons.) programs like Political Science and History , aiming for a score of 750+ in CUET is generally recommended. For B.Sc (Hons) programs in Mathematics and Chemistry , scores of 97+ and 95+ respectively.

  1. Students must have a minimum of 30% score in any one language from List A in CUET .
  2. The minimum marks required to pass a paper in a semester is 40% in theory and 40% in practical , where applicable.
