Prachi Kumari 26th Jun, 2025

Hello,

No, B.E. Civil Engineering is not available at University College of Engineering, Tirunelveli. However, they offer B.E. Geoinformatics, which is related to the civil field.

So if you're looking specifically for a standard B.E. Civil Engineering (with subjects like structural, transportation, water resources under the civil umbrella), that programme isn't available there.

Hi experts I have applied TNAU 2025 My cutoff is 183 I am a sc student , I also have 7.5quota ca I get a chance to get a seat in annamalai University

Devanshi Goyal 26th Jun, 2025

HELLO,

See it is difficult to say that you will get a seat with 183 cutoff in Annamalai University with SC and 7.5% quota .Your score is decent and good , but TNEA cutoffs vary annually and are influenced by various factors like number of candidates and how much seats available .

Your SC status and the 7.5% Quota will likely improve your chances but it is not guaranteed

The university Annamalai is a popular choice and competition is high but being a SC student with 7.5%quota may gives you an advantage .

You can check previous year cutoffs to know your chances better in Annamalai University

You should participate in TNEA counselling and be flexible with your choices .Consider other options or affiliated colleges within your reach if preferred choice is highly competitive. Always keep an alternative option for safety

Hope that Helps!

I got 1 Back from 2 sem will i be able to get into 5th sem (last year) BBA Gondwana university.

Pradeepa P 22nd Jun, 2025

Yes, you can get admission into 5th semester BBA at Gondwana University even if you have one backlog each from the 1st and 2nd semesters . Universities like Gondwana generally allow students to progress if the number of active backlogs is within the permitted limit and you're attending classes regularly.

However, you must clear those backlogs in the upcoming semesters. Too many unresolved backlogs could delay graduation or affect placement eligibility.
