can i eligible fot UGC NET enviorment science after m.sc botany

Hi,

Yes you are eligible for UGC NET ENVIRONMENT SCIENCE.

Educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.


The educational requirements are listed below :-

55% aggregate marks (without rounding off) in master’s degree or Equivalent Degree - For General/General EWS Category Candidates

50% aggregate marks (without rounding off) in master’s degree or Equivalent Degree - For ST/SC/OBC/ PWD/ Transgender Candidates.


Age Limit and Relaxation :-

JRF : Not more than 30 years for open category applicants. A relaxation of upto 5 years is provided to the candidates belonging to OBC- Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL)/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender categories and to women applicants.

Assistant Professor: There is no upper age limit in applying for UGC-NET for Assistant Professor.

If i qualifiy UGC NET exam 2022 in EWS Category and In this year i m falling under EWS Category & what if next year i dont fall under ews category will my ugc net certificate be vaild forever?

Hello Student , UGC net certificate is valid for lifetime. Once a student hfd certificate can use certificate for the whole lifetime for getting the opportunities available through this certificate. If you get UGC NET certificates in EWS category then it will be valid for lifetime whether you may retain in category or not. No changes on the economic sector or social sector will hamper the privileges of UGC NET certificate. It is an lifetime achievement.

Which category is good for apply UGC NET (General or EWS)??? How many sheets available in Universities for PHD in EWS??

Hello aspirant,

You must select EWS category if you qualify for the eligibility criteria that comes under EWS Category Student in UGC NET. Otherwise, you can select GENERAL category also, which means a unreserved category. The Benefits of selecting as a EWS category is because For them, a 10% reservation in seats is provided. There will be a separate (lower) cut-off for the EWS candidates, in the same manner for OBC, SC and ST candidates.

Further, the eligibility criteria to come under EWS category are as follows :

Candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum. Their family must not own more than 5 acres of agriculture land. The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft.

Further, In UGC NET the reservation policy of the Government of India is applicable as per which in central universities and Institutions the reservation of seats shall be as follows: 15% seats for Scheduled Castes (SC) candidates . 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates, and 10% seats are reserved for EWS category Student.

After b.tech i completed pgdm one year course from AIU, is it eligible for ugc net?

Hi,

Yes, candidates who have passed PGDM from a university approved by AICTE (considered equivalent to Master's Degree recognized by AIU) with 55% aggregate, for reserved category(SC/ST/OBC/PWD) there's relaxation of 5% are eligible for UGC Management.

you are eligible to apply for UGC NET after PGDM course. For UGC NET course the candidate should have completed post graduate degree in any discipline from a  recognized university. You should have completed the PGDM course from an AICTE approved institute and should have been awarded the diploma.

Can I appear for UGC NET for philosophy while doing MSW?

The eligibility criteria for UGC NET is passed master's degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university securing 55% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, candidates in the final year of graduation are too eligible to apply, if you're pursuing graduation in MSW then you can appear for social work paper, if you wish to appear for philosophy then it's important to have master's degree in the same subject with the required aggregate against your respective category.

As you have qualified ugc net in obc category and you have cleared the cut off so let me tell you that you can absolutely apply for ugc net in obc category.
