You will most probably get your transfer certificate back, if you have applied for counselling but do NOT wish to take admission in the college. However, note if you do take admission in the university, you will not get your transfer certificate back.

The cutoff for the last round of B.A in allahabad university EWS category is 162 marks and above. Since you have got 152 marks, you will not be able to get admission in the main campus of the AU. You should go for other linked colleges of AU.
