It would be difficult for you to get admission in Allahabad university for B.A LLB, since you have got 162 marks in the entrance exam and the cutoff is 176.40 marks and above. Also there is no reservation for EWS category in this course.

The cutoff for Allahabad university for the course of B.Com for general category is 184 marks and above. Since you have got 162 marks in the entrance exam, it is unlikely you would be able to get admission in the main campus of AU.

You will most probably get your transfer certificate back, if you have applied for counselling but do NOT wish to take admission in the college. However, note if you do take admission in the university, you will not get your transfer certificate back.
