Yes definitely you can get admission in B.A. english hons in DU. You won't get North Campus colleges, but you would forsure get good south campus colleges 

The colleges you can get are:

• Dyal Singh College (Evening)
• Rajdhani College
• Zakir Husain Post Graduate Evening College
• Swami Shraddhanand College

Hey Aspirant, Sorry to say that but you are not eligible for getting admission in any of the colleges which comes under Delhi University with 59% and you should opt the subject which you aspire and are interested in. Choosing a course with your interest would result in good score.
