I think the conventional masters programs are not run by these institutions. You can either go for a diploma or integrated 5 years course.

By all means, the college life of Delhi University cannot be compared to any other university. You will have an amazing journey there and yes, by all means, DU life is far better than any college of IPU. Saying this from personal experience.

Well, the answer depends on the field we are talking about. However taking in the account the common courses provided by both the universities, I can say DU is better. However, it also depends on individual college under both universities.
