And for ug entrance exam application form we're released on 2nd week of May 2019.
Last date for DU registration is till 4th week of June

As per your percentage i.e. 91%, there are few chance of getting admission in Delhi University. As DU release several cutoff lists

Applications for DU Sols., MA English , will be accepted by the University in August( tentative). The official dates are not yet released by the Delhi University.
You have to apply online for the same, when the registrations are open and regularly visit the official website of DU
for admission in Delhi university the percentage of best four is calculated. In this 4 subjects 1 subject must be a language subject. And the other three are the core subjects depending on the course and subjects you had in class 12th. If you do not follow these guidelines
it is not possible for you to get admission in north campus with this percentage . However you can get a college in south campus . Not much can be said about the cut off for ews quota as this is the first time this quota is being introduced.

Hello Deepak, no, you can't get admission in any of the DU colleges if you have scored 64.8% in board exams. DU admits students who have scored at least 90%. the cutoff varies category wise. if you are from the general category you need about 98% to get the subject
