    Yes, definitely.

    You have a decent score, and I am assuming you belong to General Category.

    With that said, you won't be getting admission in colleges like St. Stephens which have cutoffs going way high. Maybe not even Hindu.

    Yes, definitely. But not in any college or course.

    EwS category cutoffs tend to go much lower than General Category, but more or less similar to OBC category, which is also little higher than SC or ST.
