Well this is not possible anyway.If you will get admission in a college and enroll yourself in a course then you will have to appear and attend all the classes.These days its mandatory for every student to get 75% attendence in order to appear in the semester examination.Though if

You don't have to use your PCM score for admission in a Delhi University college. What matters is your 'best of 4 subjects' score.

Yes, you can but you need to understand this thing that there are lots of colleges that come under Delhi University.Some give admission to aspirant who hace score a minimum of 98% in boards whereas some give admission at 70% only.

Unfortunately, no. Your class 12 score (assuming it's your best of 4 score) is a little low for B.Com Programme.

Compared to reservation categories like SC and ST, Kashmiri Migrant (KM) category cutoff is a little higher. For eg, when an ST has cutoff of 63, the KM category

Yes, you can. With your score, you might just get into North Campus Colleges like Ramjas, Hansraj and Kirori Mal which are one of the best colleges for Commerce in Delhi University.
