No, Physical Education is not a subject in List-A that is produced by University Grants Commission. So you cannot include it in best 4.

This doesn't leave any scope for deduction of marks.

So, a lot of courses are available to you. The most straightforward ones for you would be B com (P) and B Com (H). With your score, you will be eligible for a lot of government colleges, most notably in Delhi University. So, do apply for that!

You must secure 45 percent or more marks in aggregate of 3 subjects (i.e. Physics, Chemistry/ Computer Science, Mathematics) and must pass in one compulsory language (i.e. English).

Selection is done on the basis of marks in the aggregate of 3 subjects.
