You need to score more than 90-94% in 12th boards to get admission in DU. Since you have scored only 75% in 12th boards you are not eligible for admission. You can try writing DU entrance test to get a seat in the university. You can also write

U cannot exclude physics from best 4 . From this year new rules have been alloted for bsc hons courses.So, it compulsory to include p+c+m + eng in best 4
