I have 78 percent marks out of my best four , from PCM and I am a CBSEian ,I want to do BA English honours from DU ,what should I do?

Hey Anirudh,

Congrats on your result. According to the guidelines of Delhi University. But, I guess getting a good college for BA English honours in Delhi Univeristy is going to be really hard. You'll probably get a college in South Campus and that too an average one. Please consider other

Does du offers 1% relaxation to girls students in its cut off for ug courses?Also mention the name of the colleges..

Yes hardik you are right.
Du give 1% relaxation to girls when she take the admission in co- ed colleges and in some courses.
There is no relaxation given to girls in girls colleges.
This year govt. is planning to give more relaxation to girls who passes 12th

If you will include PE in best four subjects there is a deduction of 2.5% in your overall percentage

Hey Bhupesh,

Congrats on your result. Since, you haven't mentioned your preferred course, I'll be taking B.Sc Chemistry as your preferred course. According to last year's cutoff, Hindu College had a cutoff of 96.66%. Hansraj had a cutoff of 96%. SRCC doesn't offer Science courses as it is a commerce

Hey,

it is difficult for you to get admission in these colleges as the cut off for these colleges are high. So your chances are less of getting in. You can try in some other colleges like dyal singh college, deen dyal upadhyay college, etc.

For bsc hons zoology botany microbiology you need to carry physics chemistry and biology

According to the information provided by Delhi University, the cutoff of Delhi University is based on the aggregate of the following 4 subjects:

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Mathematics
  • Compulsary language subject must be 50 percent
