Congrats on your result. I'm sorry to say, even with ECA quota which allows 5% reservation, you won't be able to get in the colleges of North Campus as they require the best four percentage too be 96 and above even in their last cutoff. E.g Hansraj college

No, it's not like that. The admission for BA programme is decided on the cutoff released bu the college. You can calculate your best four subjects to know whether you're eligible and match the cutoff required by the college.
