University of Delhi, Delhi
Greetings,
Economically Weaker Section category certificate is required if you want to claim your seat under reserved category. But if you don't have the certificate you should just mark your category at the time of filling the form but should have it at the time of counselling when your documents are duly verified.
Hello,
In order to be eligible for your admissions in St. Stephens College, DU, you have to fill the form that is available on St. Stephen's official website.
Once you have selected colleges as per your preferences from the online DU portal for MA Admissions, please go ahead and fill form separately from St. Stephen's Portal. Although St. Stephens is affiliated with University of Delhi, however it follows a completely different procedure of admissions, which is why a candidate is required to fill the form separately.
I hope this helps
In order to secure your admissions under ECA category for DU, you must have certificates not older than three years. Apart from submission of certificates, screening is also held for the admission of students under ECA.

Good luck.

Hello Aspirant!
There is a pretty decent chance of getting an admission in an average, if not good, college since the eligibility criteria for MA Political Science through merit in University of Delhi is that the candidate applying should score more than 60% marks or above or equivalent, in case you have completed your bachelor's from University of Delhi itself.
However, if you have completed your graduation from some other university and belong to general category, it may be difficult for you to seek admission this year.
All the best!
