Hello Kamalijot,
To get  admission into DU your percentage needs to above 93%. Since you have scored 65% you are not eligible. You need to have state level certificates in the competitions you have participated. But still it old be difficult to secure a seat with 65%. I would recommend

The admission to B.Com occurs directly in Delhi University. Every year cut-off is released and admission occurs based on the cut-off. will for Delhi University the basic eligibility is first that you must have qualified your 10 + 2 graduation from recognised board and secondly a minimum aggregate should be 60% this is for general category in case you belong to a reserved category which is SC, ST or OBC

Students passing from school from Delhi will not get any reservation in colleges affiliated to the University of Delhi.Delhi University has rejected the proposal of State Government for reservation in admission to students from Delhi in colleges funded by the state government.
