Looking at the previous years cutoff, You don't seem to be having much chance in IITs. But the good news is that they are many NITs where you have a very high chance. The NITs you can look forward to are:-

According to the eligibility criteria, you are eligible for applying for admission. There is however no guarantee of seats because cut offs usually go very high (some where in 92-96% range depending upon the course) and seats do get filled in a short time. You can wait till last round.

You can get Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Kalindi college, Kamla Nehru College, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar college,Shivaji college and SPM college in DU for B.A. Geo. Hons.
And there are good chances that you can get admission in Indraprastha college also.

Your admission will mainly depend on which subjuct you are applying for. I fuo apply for physics or maths, your maths marks will be counted and chances would be low.


But in case of bioscience courses the chances would be much higher as your maths marks will not
