For admission in B.Com Honours maths is a compulsory subject at 10+2 level in DU or any other university. However for B.Com general maths isn’t compulsor. You can take admission in B.Com general wotho maths as long as you fulfill the other eligibility criterias. But an Honours degree

To be eligible for B.Com Honours you need to clear maths in your 12th Boards. Without maths you will not be offered a seat for the B.Com Honours course in DU or any other university. However you will get admissions in B.Com general without maths if you fulfill

             According to your marks it's not possible to get admission in top colleges under DU. In max colleges, even in Obc category the lowest cutoffs drops upto 85-90%.but it's rare.

According to your results, you can get low grade colleges. Sorry to say this, but that's all.
