BA from Delhi University doesn't need any entrance test.You must pass in +2 or equivalent exam with 50%mininmum aggregate and wait for the cutoffs given by the college for taking admission in Delhi University.So the more you score in 12th ,the chances will be more for your admission.

To what I came to know, it is that when you fill the form and for the option of 12th marksheet option of 'result awaited' or a similar option comes. In that case, If you select this option then wait for the cut off to come
