DU SOL(School of Learning) & DU Regular Colleges are two different things. You can't transfer or change your course from SOL to Regular Classes. To get admission in DU in Regular Classes, You need to follow its Admission Procedure which contains Merit List(Cutoff) on the basis of Top 4

The chances are less to get in those colleges. Those colleges are top most colleges and to get the seat with this rank is less in the term of chances.

There is no official notification about the release of ninth cutoff list by the University.
The Special Drive (8th Cut-off) of the UG admissions is also meant only for those eligible applicants of the reserved categories, who are not admitted to any College/Course so far. You can wait

Documents required for sol du for ba course are:
1. 12th class marksheet
2. 10th marksheet
3. Migration or provisional certificate
4. Character certificate
5. Transfer certificate
And any other certificate if its mention on site.
