There are only 27 seats for the general category students for the course of LLM(2 years) in DU. The cut off for 2018 is also 27. Considering this you seem to have very less chances for admission in DU.

Till date university of delhi has released 6th cut off, but there is no such official announcement regarding releasing of 7th cut off. Its not sure whether 7th cut off is going to release or not.
You have to wait till official announcement.

Six cutoff lists has been declared by Delhi University. Colleges affiliated to Delhi University will release the seventh cutoff list on August 6, 2018. Cutoff will be declared for colleges and courses where seats are left vacant.
