Dear Rahul,They don't need Caste certificate which is issued in 2017-18, instead they need non-creamy layer certificate of OBC candidate of 2017-18. I hope it helps!

As per the first admission list released by the university, the first merit list for the general category ends at 234, You might have to wait to see the next admission list which will be released on 31 July 2018.
