Dear Aaditya, DU has issued Revised Admission Schedule for PG Admissions (2018-19) but it had left LLB admissions out of it. So, one can only wait. I think, in a week or two they will focus on this side.

Your caste cetificate is issued by delhi government so it will work for caste but you have to make your domicile certificate also so that you will allow for home state quota.
Delhi university centeral means it is constructed by Central government and the fund comes from central gov. , and there are lots of reservation for OBS / SC / ST .
No they dont display the omr sheet and answer key.
