With this marks you will not be able to get admission in any colleges of university of delhi. Also cut off are based on merit base and always goes above 80% and more.

both the colleges Daulat Ram College and Maitreyi College are good colleges of Delhi University and faculty is good in both. Also, it depends on the course in which you wish to take admission.

Writing specifically for the B.Tech programme and 2018 aspirants, you need to get under 20 rank to be sure of getting admission.
In 2016, in the last list,the seats were filled by 52th rank, as far as I remember ( Ashish Jha correct me if I am wrong. )
