Sorry to inform you but you are not eligible for GATE. You can apply for GATE once you complete your M.Sc.. as per rule for GATE, Candidates must have B.Tech./BE/M.Sc. Degree from Any of recognized institute.

According to the third cutoff of Delhi University, chances are less of admission to B.Sc (H) Chemistry.
