The eligibility of MBA is that the person should be a graduate. That is all is required. Since you have a Bachelor of Arts degree ,yes you can do MBA.

The no of list isn't fixed as the list come until seats are available. The drop in cut off won't be more than 5% as there hasn't been much phenomenal decrease in student's marks.

Yes you can. My mate got enrolled in MLNC with 62% marks.
There is hope.
But if you are aiming for the elite colleges, chances are unsubstantial.
Also, it depends on courses of your choice. The favourite ones like CS, Maths, Physics, English etc. demand very high percentage
