Generally students can use the college library after 1st year only still feel free to ask about this to your college librarian or faculty authorities for exact information.

there are less chance for getting admisison on the basis of this percentage as the cut off are very high if you wnat to do this course you can go for private colleges. all the best have a great future ahead.

Be it any category or quota you have to clear your 11th and 12th because for every category/qouta students there is a procedure of submitting 10th and 12th passing certificates along with admission forms. Without that they will be considered in-eligible for pursuing graduation
