94% is a very good score. Since you have such good scores and you belong to the reserved category there are high chances for you securing a seat in DU. Please make sure to check the cutoff lists of the college of your choice and also the subject.

Since the cutoff keeps changing every year there is no fixed percentage. But still, if you belong to the general category securing a percentage above 90 will help in making your chances to secure a seat in DU possible without any trouble.
