There is an entrance exam for admission in btech in CIC. and there is no such pcm % bar.
you can include any of your 4 subjects out of all that you’ve studied in 12th class. But one language is necessary in those 4 subjects. If you studied hindi or english or any other language, you will have to add it. So it’s actually 1 language+3 other subjects that

Sorry to say but you’re not directly eligible to apply for BBA because it’s a 3 years Bachelors Degree Course and requires 10+2 or equivalent education from a recognized board or university.
For your reference, you can join BPP (Bachelors Preparatory Program) of 6 months duration offered by
DU does offer B.Tech course. CIC (cluster innovation center) and NSIT are the two offering B.Tech. CIC offers B.Tech in only one domain i.e. IT & MI while NSIT offers in almost all. CIC has its own entrance exam and NSIT take admission on the basis of JEE mains.
There is no entrance test for the courses like BA, B.Com,B.Sc etc as the admissions are based on the basis of 12th merit. Also, the cut off varies year, college, program and category wise so to get a rough idea about the same you can go through the below link
Delhi University B.Tech Admission forms will be available from May 31, 2017, and you can register yourself until June 2017.
