delhi university is not offering the B.tech programmes . it is offering only the master degree , post grduate course and the P.hd degrees.all the best for your future.
Admission in DU after 12 is mostly merit based where DU releases the cutoff say 95% or such.They release at least 5-7 lists with cut off reduced in every list.You can apply and if your score is according to the cut off ,you can proceed for the further process.
