BA(hons) German course is offered by Department of German and Romance science, University of Delhi.
Admission is on the basis of marks scored by candidate in class 12th examination.
However, Certificate course in German is offered by other colleges of University of Delhi also.

Can i get admission in du for BTech (for ex jmi or nsut) without doing jee mains but getting good marks in class 12 and also getting good marks in duet??

The admission in Delhi University is based on the merit list scored in class 12th. If you meet the required cut-off for the particular college/programme where you wishe to take admission and meets the desired cut, You can apply for that colleges.

You haven't mentioned programme in which you want to take admission. Generally, Cutoff for Commerce Stream stay high every year. For B.Sc. it's between 80-95% and for B.A. programme, You can expect admission with score 75+ percentage marks.
