DU doesnt offer B.Tech in Computer Science. The course was withdrawn I believe in 2014. DTU and NSIT offer these courses and the admissions are through JEE Main. Counselling is through JAC Delhi. 
However the Cluster Innovations Centre offers B. Tech. (IT & Mathematical Innovations) through an entrance test
