As the session is already over but generally there will be no issue if you have a dropped one year as the only thing which matters is your percentage as it should be more than 90 so that you can easily get admission in your desired college of DU.

I would suggest you to choose the course as per your interest and potential. But as per my view B.Com from SOL would be better if you are doing any other professional course like CA, CS etc along with this because regular course has better value in market in comparison
