Both are the top colleges of DU you can take this option. but if you are getting Hansraj in second cutoff then you can move for this.
Had it been a General category, the DU admission 2019 would have been very difficult. But since it's OBC category, the minimum three cut off that went in 2018 are as follows:

Hey as such there is no compulsion to have maths in +2 for MBA colleges in DU however in particular few specialisation in MBA. do require maths at +2 level .
With this score the chances are less to get admission in DU for any of the programmes. You require more than 85% for arts stream in DU.
With this score the chances are less but you can try because cutoff varies year the year.
