There is no such entrance test for B.Com in DU as the last date to apply is June 12, 2017 (5:00 pm). For more information, you can go through the below article -

i got 67% in 12 CBSE board from Commerce stream...can i get admission in any collage of DU for B.com?

Unless you are from any other caste than General, you can't get admission with the percentage you have got in 12th. I will suggest you to go for Punjab University or any other University in Maharashtra/Karnataka if your family allows you to study out of your town.

i got 92 % in 12 cbse board and 95% in pcm should get DU for btech also i am qualified in JEE mains

DU does not have Btech course but DTU has and it takes through JEE MAIN score.

Also DU conducts btech in IT based on entrance exam and not 12th merit.

Yes, Math is important in DU Jat entrance for BBA but it is not required for BA program.

DU does not offer BCA undergraduate program. You will have to apply in other universities for BCA course.
