    DTU and DU both are different. DTU take admission on the basis of jee mains marks( around 200 marks needed). DU has also some seats of engineering for which it will take entrance test this year.

    You have less chances to get seat in DTU.

    You can try in private colleges. You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.
