Foreign National holds 5% seats in each course in Departments/ Colleges in Delhi University. A candidate is considered as a “Foreign National” who :-

• Holds a passport/ Citizenship of a country other than India.

There is no management quota in DU for B com. Management quota are available for BBA,BBE AND BMS . if you had not scored well in your 10+2 themn you get direct BBE admission through management quota seats.
