For admission to Bachelor of arts in history you must have passed xii board with minimum 50% aggregate score from any recognized University. Cut off of colleges of Delhi University is higher than other colleges. It goes upto 97-98% in top colleges like Hansraj college, Hindu college Ramjas

Yes you have chances in south campus colleges for bsc computer but you'd have to wait till 2nd and 3rd counselling as 1st cut offs are usually high.
