Is it possible to get a college in North Campus DU for Political Science with 80+ percent being from reserved category??

Since you belong to reserved category, then it can be possible for you to get admission on Delhi University North campus.
For reserved catogary cutoffs eanges between from 70s to 90s. I am sure you can get atleast one of the good college in north campus.

The corona situation is really unstable. Till the pandemic ends, it is highly unlikely that the classes will start again. The vaccine is the much needed solution for the Students.

Did you mean 72 %cut offs in Delhi University is high for BA/ b com courses. It is even higher for hons courses.

Too colleges like Hansraj college, Ramjas college, Hindu college , cut off goes to 97-98 %

DU released forms for admission into B.com course in online mode and are available for filling till 31st August. You will be required to fill in your all subjects and then the website will automatically select best four subjects from the filled in subjects.
