with such percentage sorry to say but it is really difficult to get into delhi university as DU's cutoff really go high that in 90's , looking at the expected and previous year cutoffs for OBC category it is almost 95- 97.50 percentages

Yes, you can definitely get admission in the BCOM honours from SC CATEGORY in any govt college. Make sure to carry your Category Certificate whilst getting admission in the college campus. The following colleges offer admission in commerce with/less than 'best of four' aggregate marks of 75%.

I'm unsure of which enrollment number you have filled wrong. If it is your class 12th enrollment number, that could be rectified at the time of counselling. However, I would still recommend you to talk to DU authorities regarding this issue to avoid problems at a future stage.
