I hope you are doing well but Im sorry to say that as per Delhi University you cant take two  Undergraduate  course in simultaneously .

But now days it is legal and valid but as per DU they are not offered this kind of facilities for students

Delhi University has not yet released the online application forms for LLB. All the major entrance exams and registrations have been postponed due to Corona pandemic and DU also postponed the application form and registration process. It might be released tentatively in the month of May depending on the call

the university of delhi has postponed all the registration for UG programmes and also for PG programme till any further notice due to this corona pandemic going on all world around. they are likely to be out soon.
